DIENS Hospitality “Win Your Wedding Staff on Us!” Competition

Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and conditions apply to all Participants of the DIENS “Win Your Wedding Staff on Us!” Competition and will also apply to the selected Winner.

Eligibility and Entry Requirements:

  • Liking the official Competition post on Instagram.
  • Following @dienshospitality on Instagram.

Failure to meet these requirements will result in disqualification from the Competition.

Competition Period:

  • Entries will close on 12 June 2025 at 17:00 (local time).
  • The Winner will be announced on 13 June 2025 via Instagram and email.

Prize Details:

  • The prize is valid for 12 months from the date the Winner is announced. The wedding event must take place on or before the expiry date. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

Additional Conditions:

  • By entering the Competition, Participants agree to comply with all Competition rules and Terms.
  • The Winner may select their preferred wedding date, subject to the availability of all relevant suppliers.
  • The decision of DIENS is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the draw results.
  • DIENS is not responsible for any additional expenses not covered by the Competition prize.
  • Transport costs for staff are excluded and will be calculated based on the wedding venue location.
  • The prize excludes hiring, bar setup, bar structure, and beverages.
  • Staff dress code will be determined based on the nature of the event and can be discussed upon request.
  • Additional hours and/or additional staff required beyond the prize offering will be charged to the Winner accordingly.
  • DIENS is not responsible if the selected wedding date is unavailable due to prior bookings of suppliers. It is the Winner’s sole responsibility to select a date when all vendors are available.
  • The Winner grants DIENS permission to use photographs from their wedding for marketing and promotional purposes following the Competition.

DIENS reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition at any time if deemed necessary, including in circumstances beyond their control, without liability to Participants.
